Things to See in Georgia

Thanks to the wonderful history the state of Georgia has been involved in and the geographic uniqueness of its terrain – not to mention the culture evolved out of it – then there are so very many things to see in Georgia. In fact, the attractions are so many and varied that we assure you that you'd have a lot of trouble figuring out where to start. But it would, of course, be easy if you know what you want out of a vacation.

If you want pure fun, you can always go to places like any of the theme parks like Six Flags, or educational places like the Georgia Aquarium and the Flint Riverquarium. If you want to have a taste of history, take a tour of the state's historical landmarks like the Dahlonega mines on your own or with a guide. If that's not enough adventure for you, then you can always go for the nature-related attractions like Lake Lanier. There are so many things to see in Georgia.

In this section, we will be posting a listing of the many attractions that you can find in Georgia. They will be arranged alphabetically and sorted according to city/town and attraction type (family fun, history, nature). Each item on the list will include details like contact details, seasons/schedules, price range (if any), a list of amenities, and thumbnails.
